But now that I’m all the way done, I’m feeling extremely weird and somewhat down. I seem to be at some sort of crossroad in life. After this year at school is over things are going to be a lot different, and who knows what’ll ultimately lead to. I’m not apprehensive about what’s to come; it’s the here and now that’s weighing down my thoughts and causing me to zone out even around those who know me best.
But perhaps that is a story best left for another day. Summer is here and I am ready for some fun. I do believe I’ve earned it by now.
